The Grid-Informed Electrochemistry summer workshop took place at the University of Wisconsin-Madison on August 26-27th, 2025.
The workshop brings together academic and industry experts in power grid, electrochemistry, systems modeling, and machine learning with the goal of identifying research challenges and opportunities at the intersection of these fields.
Fostering this type of multidisciplinary exchange is critical in order to inform the design of new electrochemical technologies capable of responding to power grid markets and capable of providing flexibility services to the power grid.
